BONUS POLICY
1. Introduction
This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers, bonuses, and free spins made available by AXIONYX GROUP SRL (“the Company”) to registered players (“the Player”) on its gaming platform. This Policy forms part of and must be read alongside the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy.
By claiming any bonus or promotion, the Player confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full. The English version of these terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with a translated version.
2. Eligibility
- • Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 or over who have passed all applicable identity verification (KYC) checks.
- • Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, residential address, phone number, payment method, and email address.
- • Players who have activated a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or any responsible gaming restriction are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses for the duration of that restriction.
- • Certain bonuses may not be available in specific jurisdictions. Where applicable, restricted countries will be listed in the individual promotion’s terms. The Company’s general list of restricted jurisdictions is available on its website.
- • Players must opt in to a promotion before making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses will not be applied retroactively.
- • Only one active bonus promotion is permitted at any one time.
3. General Bonus Terms
- • All bonuses and free spins are offered at the sole discretion of the Company and may be withdrawn or modified at any time, subject to section 11 of this Policy.
- • All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry dates as detailed in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read these carefully before claiming.
- • Bonuses are not real money. Bonus funds will not be available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- • Real money funds are used for bets first. Bonus funds are applied only once the Player’s real money balance has been reduced to zero.
- • All winnings generated while playing with bonus funds are credited to the Player’s bonus balance and remain subject to wagering requirements.
- • Where a bet is placed using a mix of real and bonus funds, any resulting winnings are allocated proportionally based on the ratio of real to bonus funds used.
- • Weekly promotions may only be claimed once per week unless the promotion’s individual terms state otherwise.
- • Deposit bonuses are available for activation within 48 hours from the moment of subscription.
- • Bonuses must be wagered within 5 days of being credited unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion’s individual terms. Unused or unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided upon expiry.
4. Free Spins Rules
- • Free spins are valid only on pre-selected games as specified in the relevant promotion.
- • Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a standard wagering requirement of x40, unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms.
- • Free Spins may be credited in portions over several days, depending on the promotion structure.
Each portion of Free Spins is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is credited unless stated otherwise.
Any unused Free Spins expire automatically after the applicable validity period. - • Bet size and paylines for free spins are fixed and cannot be modified by the Player.
- • Maximum winnings from free spins are subject to the cap specified in the individual promotion terms.
5. Casino Bonus Rules
5.1 Standard Wagering
- • Casino bonus funds must be wagered 40 times (x40) before any conversion to real money or withdrawal, unless otherwise specified in the promotion’s terms.
- • The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 per spin or bet, unless otherwise stated.
- • Bonus funds may only be wagered on Slot games. Bets placed on any other game category will not count towards wagering requirements.
5.2 Prohibited Actions During Bonus Play
The following are strictly prohibited while a bonus is active:
- • Bonus Buy / Feature Purchase functionality
- • Gamble / Double-up features
- • Bets placed on progressive jackpot games
- • Low-risk, equal-risk or hedge betting strategies
- • Switching between high-RTP, low-volatility or reduced-risk games in order to manipulate wagering progress
- • Deliberately delaying, interrupting or completing bonus features, bonus rounds or free spins after the bonus has expired, been cancelled or forfeited
- • Any gameplay intended to circumvent bonus restrictions or abuse bonus mechanics.
Any winnings obtained through prohibited gameplay may be voided at the Company’s discretion.
5.3 Excluded Game Providers
Only games from the “Slots” category contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
All other game categories, including but not limited to Live Casino, Table Games, Buy Bonus, Crash Games, Lottery, Poker, Virtual Sports and similar games, contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
5.4 Withdrawals During Active Bonus
- • Withdrawals are not available while a bonus is active.
- • The Player may cancel an active bonus at any time via their account settings. Cancelling a bonus will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
- • Where multiple bonuses have been activated, each must be wagered separately. Wagering progress cannot be transferred between bonuses.
5.5 Wagering Progress
- • Players can monitor their wagering progress in real time via their account dashboard.
6. No-Deposit Bonus Rules
Casino No-Deposit Bonuses are promotional bonuses granted without requiring a deposit. Such bonuses may include bonus funds, free spins, cashback, tournament rewards or other promotional rewards.
The following terms apply to all No-Deposit Bonuses unless stated otherwise:
- • No-Deposit Bonuses must be activated within 72 hours from the moment they are credited to the player account. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed.
- • No-Deposit Bonuses are available for eligible players only and may be limited by country, region, currency, player activity or other criteria determined by the Company.
- • Unless otherwise stated, No-Deposit Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.
- • The maximum bet allowed while wagering a No-Deposit Bonus is €5 (or equivalent in another currency).
- • Only games from the “Slots” category contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
- • All other game categories may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
- • The use of restricted gameplay mechanics, including but not limited to Bonus Buy / Feature Buy functionality, Gamble Features, low-risk betting strategies or any form of bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited.
- • Winnings obtained from No-Deposit Bonuses may be subject to a maximum cashout limit, as specified in the relevant promotion.
- • Only one bonus may be active on the account at the same time unless stated otherwise.
- • The Company reserves the right to cancel, withhold or confiscate any No-Deposit Bonus or winnings obtained through abuse, fraudulent activity, irregular gameplay or violation of the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
- • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any No-Deposit Bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Bonus Abuse & Multi-Accounting
The integrity of our bonus programme is important to us and to our wider player base. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- • Creating more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
- • Coordinated or collusive wagering between accounts
- • Strategies designed to guarantee profit or minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements
- • Exploiting software errors, game mechanics, or promotional loopholes
- • Deliberately postponing or interrupting game rounds to gain an advantage
Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, it reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
- • Cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer
- • Forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings
- • Withhold or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation
- • Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the Player’s account
The Company’s determination in cases of suspected abuse shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory complaints process.
8. Monitoring & Irregular Gameplay
The Company actively monitors all gameplay for patterns indicative of bonus abuse or risk-minimising strategies, including but not limited to:
- • Placing restricted bets in breach of specific promotion rules
- • Significantly changing betting patterns after a balance increase in order to complete wagering requirements
- • Placing disproportionately large bets followed by minimal bets to satisfy rollover requirements rapidly
- • Exploiting game mechanics, software errors, or promotional loopholes
Where irregular gameplay is detected, the Company may void related winnings, remove bonus eligibility, or suspend the Player’s account pending investigation.
9. Responsible Gaming & Bonuses
The Company is committed to promoting responsible gaming. In line with this commitment:
- • Players who have set deposit limits will not be offered bonuses that would require them to exceed those limits.
- • Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period will not receive any bonus communications or offers for the duration of that period.
- • Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting customer support or via their account settings.
- • The Company reserves the right to decline to offer a bonus to any player where it considers it in the best interests of that player’s wellbeing to do so.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to bonuses must be raised with the Company’s customer support team within 30 days of the relevant event. The Company will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter is not resolved to the Player’s satisfaction, the Player may escalate the complaint in accordance with the Company’s Complaints Policy and, where applicable, to the Tobique Gaming Commission.
11. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion or amend this Policy at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform and claiming of bonuses after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Company may modify or withdraw a live promotion without notice only where required to do so by law or regulatory direction, or to prevent ongoing fraud or abuse.
