GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of ironwin.com, including the services and software provided. All games played on ironwin.com are subject to these rules. By using our website, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please discontinue using ironwin.com.

ironwin.com is operated by AXIONYX GROUP SRL, a company based in Costa Rica, licensed by Tobique First Nation. Throughout these T&Cs, AXIONYX GROUP SRL may be referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our." The user will be referred to as "You," "Your," "End User," or "Player."

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication but will not retroactively impact any bonus promotions. It is your responsibility to review the T&Cs regularly, especially before claiming bonuses or placing bets.

In case of any discrepancy between versions of these T&Cs, the English language version will prevail.

2. Account Registration

To play real-money games, you must create an account. By using BankID or similar electronic verification, you authorize us to receive your personal details and create your player account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. Players from restricted countries, as noted on the registration page, are not permitted to create accounts or play.

We reserve the right to deny account creation for users from specific jurisdictions. Company employees, directors, consultants, and anyone with inside information cannot participate in any games.

3. Account Verification

All accounts must be verified for purposes such as age confirmation, fraud prevention, and payment processing. To make withdrawals, players must submit documents including:

  • • A personal identification document (ID, driver's license, or passport).
  • • A utility bill (issued within the last 3 months) matching the address on your ironwin.com account.

Additional documents may be requested. Verification must be completed before any withdrawals can be processed.

4. Deposits

To place bets, you must first make a deposit using one of our payment methods, which may change over time. All deposits must be made using your personal payment methods, and the name on the payment method must match your account details.

The minimum accepted deposit is €10.

The maximum deposit per transaction is €3,500. We do not extend credit, and delays in processing due to third parties are beyond our control.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a payout at any time from your available account balance, provided all payments and verification requirements have been completed. Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method used for deposits.

The minimum withdrawal amount is €10, and for Bank Transfers, the minimum is €100. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days upon document verification.

The maximum withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €20,000 per month, with no limits for progressive jackpot wins. VIP players may enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.

6. Restricted Player Groups

Players from specific countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, N. Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, UK, USA, Yemen, Venezuela are restricted from creating accounts and participating in games.

7. Anti-Money Laundering & Due Diligence

We comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism regulations. Players must provide accurate information for our due diligence processes, and until verification is completed, withdrawals will be restricted.

If we are unable to verify your identity, your account may be blocked or terminated, and any remaining deposit funds will be returned, except in cases where legal obligations require otherwise.

8. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming and provide tools for you to set limits on your account for losses, deposits, and wagering. You can also choose to self-exclude from the site by contacting customer support. Account exclusions will apply only to ironwin.com and not to any other site we operate.

9. Data Protection

We implement security measures to protect your data. By using ironwin.com, you agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints

If you have any complaints, you may contact our Customer Support team at support@ironwin.com. We strive to resolve issues quickly and escalate them within our organization when necessary.

If your complaint hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer it to our approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body at disputes@egis-adr.com.

11. SMS & Email Notifications

We may send promotional SMS and email notifications to members. In case of discrepancies between promotional messages and information on the website, the latter will prevail.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for entertainment purposes only, and you participate at your own risk. We provide no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability or fitness for purpose of our software and games. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of ironwin.com.

13. Breach of Agreement

If you breach these T&Cs, we reserve the right to close your account or withhold any winnings. AXIONYX GROUP SRL will have the final decision on any violations of these T&Cs.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
